To ensure our campervan stays in great condition, we ask all guests to follow these rules.
Travel
Standard hire includes UK travel. European trips and festival use are available but must be arranged with us in advance.
To prevent damage, please drive only on sealed roads. Off-roading or driving on beaches is not permitted.
Inside the Van
A strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy is in effect inside the van.
Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement. An additional fee or deposit may apply.
For your safety, please do not leave the heater or hob unattended. Always ensure the pop-top roof is secured before driving.
Return
Please return the van clean (surfaces wiped, floor swept, all rubbish removed) and with a full tank of diesel.
A cleaning fee (£50) or refuelling fee (£25 + fuel cost) will be deducted from your deposit if required.
The sink must be emptied before returning the van.
Damages
Please report any accidents or damage to us immediately, no matter how small.

Having been enthusiastic campers when our children were younger we made the decision to try a short 5-night break in a camper van as something new with our youngest child over half term, with the others away at University.
Goboony website was easy to register with and navigate. Once we'd found a van we liked communication with the owner, Chris, couldn't have been easier. Chris was always quick to respond to our questions and tried his hardest to accommodate the timings of our break to suit the drop off / pick ups of other bookings.
The camper van was clean, in good condition, stocked with a full tank of diesel and gas cylinder. Battery life was more than adequate with electric plug in cables available for 'with electric pitches' at campsites. It was even provided with camp chairs and a table for 'al fresco' dining. The roof pop up was easy to operate and the rotating passenger seat was a great feature and worked easily once we found a knack for re-securing it for driving each morning.
We will definitely be hiring a camper van again and won't hesitate to contact Chris in the first instance.

From the very beginning - my first enquiry Chris was responsive, friendly and easy to talk to. Discussion on logistics was easy and in practice perfectly straightforward and simple. We headed for 3 nights up to the Vanlife festival in Shrewsbury and had a comfortable stay in the van each night. It was clean, comfortable, had all the extras you could need and economical on fuel. I would absolutely recommend Chris and his beautiful van.

Super easy pick up, very clean van with no issues. Overall a 5* experience, the van was well kitted out with everything we needed, including camping equipment (chairs and table).

Chris was excellent! Really great communication around pick up and drop off. Camper was clean and had everything we needed. The blackout blinds were easy to put on. Could have done with chocks as the campsite we chose was on a slope.
