Campervan Rental Terms & Rules

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please read and follow the rules below. Charges for non-compliance help us maintain high standards and fairness for all renters.

1. Return Time

Rule: Campervan must be returned by the agreed time.
Charge for Late Return: £25 per hour (first 3 hours), full daily rate thereafter.

2. Fuel Policy

Rule: Return the van with the same fuel level as at pick-up (usually full tank).
Charge for Incomplete Fuel: Cost of fuel + £20 refuelling fee.

3. Cleanliness

Rule: Return the van in clean condition—rubbish removed, surfaces wiped, and no excessive dirt.
Cleaning Charge (if needed): £50 basic clean / £100 deep clean.

4. Toilet & Waste Disposal

Rule: Empty toilet cassette and grey water tank before return.
Charge for Unemptied Waste: £75 disposal fee.

5. Smoking

Rule: Strictly no smoking inside the campervan.
Charge for Smoking: £150 deep clean & deodorising fee.

6. Pets

Rule: Pets allowed only with prior approval.
Charge for Unauthorized Pet / Excess Pet Mess: £100 cleaning fee.

7. Mileage Limits (if applicable)

Rule: 150 miles per day included (or as agreed).
Excess Mileage Charge: £0.25 per mile.

8. Damage or Missing Items

Rule: Any damage or missing inventory will be charged at repair or replacement cost.
Deposit may be withheld accordingly.

9. Off-road Use & Festivals

Rule: Campervan must not be used off-road or at festivals unless agreed in advance.
Breach Fee: £200 + any damage costs.

10. Driver Requirements

Rule: Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle.
Breach Fee: £250 + potential voiding of insurance.
