Prior to returning the vehicle please
- re-arrange everything as how you first saw it.
- empty the toilette cassette and clean the toilet.
- drain the grey/waste water
- clean the pots and pans with the dish washing material provided.
- return with full tank of fuel (the vehicle will have full tank of fuel at the start of your hiring period)
- LPG gas ideally needs to be topped upon return. This can be done at quite a few stations across the country. We can agree/discuss when we meet.

Fantastic first motorhome experience and very pleased I chose Joe's motorhome for my first trip. Joe is a great guy and made booking and handover extremely easy. Fairy is a lovely motorhome that's easy to drive and comfortable to live in. Everything you might need is provided for and reconfiguration of the motorhome for sleeping is very straightforward. My son and I had a great weekend and I would definitely choose Joe's motorhome again for my next trip.

Van was clean, everything was set up and ready to go.
Joe responds quickly and tried to accommodate all requests, always helpful and was happy to remind me of some of the features etc.

Motorhome was as described and perfect for our trip.

We hired Fairy for a 5 day drive around Cornwall. Joe was outstanding at explaining how everything worked and fairy was very comfortable and fully kitted out we everything we needed, even phone chargers!
Fairy cruised on the motorways comfortably and navigated the small Cornish roads with relative ease for a large van. Joe was very responsive and helpful when we had to ask a few questions along the way too.

Renting the camper from Joe was great, he made everything easy and answered all our questions quickly. The Van ( Fairy ) was a joy to hire and so easy to drive, lots of extra things in the van made it so comfy, we had 2 weeks in Scotland and Fairy made it a breeze as it is such a comfortable drive and handled the small winding roads with ease. Handover and return was made simple by Joe who was very helpful.
If you are thinking of renting this size of campervan, look no further than Joe and Fairy, I would rent again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone. Thanks Joe

Fairy is a great little motorhome and has everything one would need for a trip away from home and on the road. Was easy to drive and then setup on arrival at camp site.
Joe is a great host and was very helpful. He ensured I was fully informed about all Fairy's facilities and was flexible on pickup and return times. Would recommend highly.

Fairy is a wonderful home on the move! Joe was a fantastic host, providing a fully flexible and smooth handover, providing excellent explanations of how to do all the key functions to a motor home newbie. 😊 He was then very attentive, checking in on how the drive to Glastonbury went and making sure we didn't need any further assistance. The return was also very smooth. Fairy herself was spacious and surprisingly easy to drive for the largest vehicle I had driven. There's lots of storage, great amenities she was clean and fully functional as promised. Overall it was an excellent trip and I can't recommend Joe and Fairy enough!
