Books for a lovely read, a camping table, 2 comfy camping chairs. Full 20L of fresh water, fresh bedding, cleaned to a high standard. By day she has plenty of room as a u shaped seating area with table is shown, within 2 mins she converts into an ample double bed 12" memory foam mattress with space underneath to stow a child... a roof fan is installed and a lovely large window to let natural light in while protecting your privacy.
