To make sure everyone enjoys a smooth and stress-free adventure, please follow these simple rules:

1. No Smoking – Strictly no smoking inside the campervan or tent box.
2. Fuel Policy: Full to Full – The van will be provided with a full tank; please return it full.
3. Clean Condition– Please return the van in a clean and tidy condition. A cleaning fee may apply if returned excessively dirty.
4. Pets Welcome– Use the provided dog crate if travelling with pets and clean up any pet hair before returning.
5. No Off-Roading– Stick to established roads and official campsites. No off-road driving.
6. Drive Responsibly – You are responsible for any speeding fines, parking tickets, or toll charges during your hire period.
7. Respect the Equipment – Please treat all cookware, paddle boards, furniture and accessories with care.
8. Festivals by Arrangement Only– Festival use must be agreed in advance.
9. Mileage Limit– 400 miles per day, capped at 2,000 miles for a weekly hire. Additional mileage will be charged at 0.45p per mile.
10. Report Any Damage Promptly: Please notify us of any damage or issues as soon as possible.

Definitely recommend the van. Lovely to drive, plenty of space in the back with the rock and roll bed and swivel sweats. Surprisingly warm and comfy sleep even in November. Van is lowered so need to be cautious of speed bumps etc but didn’t find it to be much of an issue where we went. November 2025
