🚭 Smoking
• Strictly no smoking inside the motorhome.
• A £250 smoke‑cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
🧼 Cleaning & Return Condition
• A £75 cleaning fee will be charged if the motorhome is not returned to the agreed standard.
• Please return it as clean as you found it, including:
• All kitchen items washed and put away
• All food removed
• All rubbish cleared
• Stains or deep‑cleaning requirements will incur additional charges.
🚽 Toilets & Waste
• Toilet cassette must be emptied before return. Failure to do so will incur £50 toilet emptying/cleaning fee.
• Grey waste (wastewater) must also be emptied before return.
⛽ Fuel & Water
• Please return the motorhome with the same amount of fuel as at collection to avoid refuelling charges.
• Fresh water to be refilled to the same level as at collection.
🔧 Damage
• Any damage or additional cleaning required will be charged at cost.
🐾 Dogs
• A maximum of two small, well‑behaved dogs may be allowed upon enquiry. Please specify the breed(s).
• £5 per dog, per day.
• Dogs must not be left unattended inside the motorhome at any time.

The handover with Warwick was excellent. In preparation we had been sent a link to a video that showed us around the motorhome but on arrival Warwick went round all of the outside points in person while Jane showed my wife around the inside. Nothing was too much trouble and they had some useful tips for us.
Our destination was local so we didn't get to drive very far but it was comfortable to drive as you would expect of a 4 year old vehicle.
As first time campers we found the monitoring system invaluable in keeping track of the leisure battery's charge, having no access to an electrical hook-up.
This is a modern, well equipped motorhome.

The motor home itself was not only fully equipped with everything we needed for our journey, but it was also a joy to drive. It provided both comfort and functionality, allowing us to fully enjoy our trip without any worries.
What truly stood out, though, was Jane and Warrick's exceptional communication. They were prompt, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
