To comply with our insurance requirements we need the following within 7 days of the hire:
Held a licence for min 2 years.
Driver must have no more than 6 points (MS90, IN10 offences need to be referred to our insurance company for approval before the hire can take place)
Copy of drivers licence.
DVLA Driving licence code.
2 utility bills in the drivers name.
If there are no documentation 3 days before the booking is due to go out, it will be requested over to Goboony to chase and potentially cancel from the hirer side.
Fuel - full to full policy - £15 surcharge plus the difference if not returned full.
Cleaning fee - If the motorhome isn't returned in a reasonable condition - You will be subject to a cleaning fee up to £80.
Toilet cassette - MUST be emptied and rinsed - £100 fine if not done.

Handover motorhome was spot on. Everything clearly explained in small details. I didn’t have problems with the vehicle and did over 1400 miles. Road was across Scotland (NC500, Skye island). Cabin is very well insulated so doesn’t need much heating. I will recommend to friends this motorhome.

Excellent quality motorhome. Had everything we needed. Great messaging and fantastic handover so knew how to operate everything. One small issue with hot water while away but Alan replied straight away on text and it reset itself.

The motorhome was absolutely spot on and Alan and Mark were both a pleasure to deal with. It had absolutely everything we needed and was a lot easier to drive than I expected, felt no different to my small van. Would highly recommend and I'll definitely returning for another, longer, trip I think!

I had to cancel our trip unfortunately due to a bereavement and this happened right at the point of departure. Mark and Lynn were not only extremely helpful and understanding but also supportive in their communication with us. I can only say that they were amazing given the no notice date of cancellation and we are very grateful to them both. We are now looking forward to booking again with Mark, thank you again to both of you. A credit to MHome hire and Goboony.

I would highly recommend hiring this campervan from Mark and Alan. Communication was fantastic throughout, the van was perfect for myself, my wife and two children aged 8 and 9, and the process was very easy. Secure parking for any vehicle you wish to leave was an added bonus. Will definitely be hiring again in the future.

Mark and Alan co-ordinated our motorhome rental through the whole process. As first time motorhomers we had plenty of questions which were fully answered and other tips and advice were also given.
The motorhome we rented was in perfect condition. We soon got used to the various systems on board and Alan was always available on the end of the phone to answer a couple of questions relating to switching in the gas and how to refuel the wagon.
The whole Gaboony experience has been excellent and our insurance deposit was returned in full within four days of our return home.
I highly recommend Gaboony as a reliable rental company and Mark and Alan as fantastic guys to learn about motorhoming from.
