Geronimo – 4 berth Volkswagen campervan from 2020

1. Fuel Policy: Full to Full
The campervan will be provided with a full tank of fuel.
Please return it with a full tank using the correct fuel type (diesel).
A refuelling charge will apply if not returned full.

2. Clean Interior Required
The interior must be returned clean and tidy.
Please sweep out any dirt or sand, wipe down surfaces, and remove all rubbish.
A cleaning fee will apply if the van is returned excessively dirty inside.

3. Exterior Cleaning
Normal road dust is expected.
If the exterior is returned unusually dirty (e.g. mud, tree sap, sand), please have it cleaned beforehand, or a cleaning fee may be charged.

4. Well-Behaved Dogs Welcome 🐾
Dogs are allowed, but please keep them off the seats and beds where possible.
Any damage or excessive pet hair may incur additional cleaning or repair charges.

5. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the van.
Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum £150 fine and a deep-cleaning fee.

6. No Onboard Kitchen
This van does not include cooking facilities.
If you bring your own camping stove or BBQ, please cook outside the van only.

7. Driving & Usage
Only drivers named on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
No off-road driving, unsealed roads, or festival use without prior approval.
Treat the van with care—this is our personal vehicle, not just a rental!

8. Breakages & Damage
Please inform us of any damage or issues as soon as possible.
Renters are responsible for any damage beyond fair wear and tear.

9. Return Time
The van must be returned by the agreed time.
Late returns may incur additional fees, especially if it affects the next booking.
