🚐 Camper Van Rental Rules

✅ Usage Rules
• No smoking inside the vehicle.
• No off-road use (unless I allow it).
• Only listed drivers may operate the vehicle.
• No climbing on the roof, I will be building a roof rack with decking, give me a chance!
• Do not exceed the passenger/sleeping capacity.

🛠️ Care Rules
• Clean up after use – van should be returned in a tidy state.
• Toilet must be emptied and rinsed
• All cookware and kitchen equipment must be washed and put away.
• Do not use candles inside.

🔁 Return Rules

⏰ Return Time
• Late returns without communication may be charged (£25).

⛽ Fuel Policy
• Full to full: Van goes out with a full tank and must be returned full.
• If not returned full, a refuel charge + fuel cost applies (£20 service fee + fuel cost).

♻️ Waste / Water
Toilet must be emptied and cleaned, or a cleaning charge applies (£50).

🧽 Cleaning
• Interior must be returned clean – swept out, surfaces wiped down.
• If excessive cleaning is needed, a fee will be charged (£50).
• Exterior cleaning not required unless unusually dirty (e.g. covered in mud).

🧾 Deposit and Damage
• A security deposit of (£500) is required and held in case of:
• Damage to the van
• Missing equipment
• Breach of rules
• Deposit refunded within [48–72 hours] after return, pending inspection.

• Fridge must be emptied before return.
• Return all provided keys
