### **Motor Home Rental House Rules**

Thank you for choosing our motor home! Please follow these rules for a safe and enjoyable experience:

1. **General Conduct**: Treat the motor home with care. No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside (£250 cleaning fee). No parties or events. Respect quiet hours (10:00 PM–7:00 AM).

2. **Driving & Safety**: Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle. Follow traffic laws, wear seatbelts, and never drive under the influence. Avoid off-road driving.

3. **Cleanliness**: Keep the motor home clean. Dispose of trash properly. Do not flush anything except toilet paper (£150 fee for clogs). Report damages immediately.

4. **Pets**: Allowed only if pre-approved (£50 fee per pet). Keep pets off furniture; additional cleaning fees may apply.

5. **Fuel & Propane**: Return with a full fuel tank (£50 refuelling fee + fuel cost). Do not tamper with the propane system.

6. **Parking**: Park in designated areas. Be mindful of overhead clearance and campground rules.

7. **Prohibited Items**: No fireworks, candles, firearms, or hazardous materials. Avoid adhesives or decorations that may damage surfaces.

8. **Return Policy**: Return on time and in the same condition. Late returns incur £50/hour. Damages or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.

9. **Liability**: You are responsible for damages, accidents, or violations during the rental period. Ensure adequate insurance coverage.

10. **Emergencies**: Contact us immediately for accidents, breakdowns, or roadside assistance.
