My blackberry metallic T5.1has only ever travelled 60,000 miles with a FSH and has always been kept to a high standard. From booking the van to return the experience has been 5 star.
Kevin is so helpful he had the van immaculately clean.
In the days leading up he called to check if we had everything we needed such as camping chairs. Which he had on hand to add to the van.
On collection he gave a really good handover explaining how everything worked, there was no rush.
He genuinely could not have been any more helpful.
I had his number and could call him anytime on that if I need too.
Thank you once again to you and your wife for being so helpful.
I very rarely give a 5 star review but this is by far one of my best experiences when it comes to customer care and service.
A genuine great person, and an awesome van.
