Bilbo – Modern Large Campervan with 2 Fixed Double Beds

To keep our campervan in top condition for everyone to enjoy, we kindly ask that you follow the rules below:

🚫 General Use
• No smoking or vaping inside the van – a deep cleaning fee will apply if evidence is found.
• No festivals or off-road use without prior written agreement – the van is not insured for extreme conditions.
• Pets must be agreed in advance. Maximum of 1 dog and no puppies. Please confirm before hire to avoid an additional cleaning fee.
• No overseas travel unless agreed beforehand – UK hire only unless otherwise stated.

🛏 Inside the Van
• Cleanliness is key – please return the van in a clean and tidy condition, with all rubbish removed.
• Toilet must be emptied and cleaned before return – a £50 charge applies if not done.
• Please avoid cooking strong-smelling foods like curry or fish indoors – lingering odours can affect future hires.

⛽ Fuel & Utilities
• The van will be provided with a full tank of fuel – please return it full. A refuelling fee + fuel cost applies otherwise.

• Use hook-up power responsibly and avoid draining the leisure battery.

🕒 Pick-Up & Return
(Late returns may be subject to a £50/hr fee, especially if it affects the next booking.)
• Please report any damage or issues immediately – we understand accidents can happen, but honesty is key.

🚗 Driving & Insurance
• Drivers must be aged 25–75, with at least 2 years’ driving experience
• Speeding, parking fines, tolls or congestion charges during the hire are your responsibility.
