Vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel - it should be returned the same
- £50 fee plus cost of fuel will be charged if not returned full
All waste should be emptied and toilet cassette fully cleaned and returned empty
- £100 fee will be charged for additional cleaning if toilet cassette is returned full/not cleaned
Van interior should be returned clean and tidy
- Any cooking splashes cleaned in kitchen area
- All utensils/cups/glasses/dishes and pans should be fully cleaned
- Living/garage area should be cleaned & hoovered
- All rubbish removed
Mattress protectors supplied must be used at all times
- Evidence of non-use will incur an additional cleaning fee (variable according to quote from upholstery cleaning partner)
Any driving/parking offences will be forwarded to lead hirer immediately upon receipt at your registered address.

He had great knowledge of the campervan and explained everything brilliantly, nothing was too much trouble.
Campervan was lovely and clean with a great selection of utensils and necessities for our trip.

The van was perfect, just what we needed for a long weekend away. It's comfy, practical and has everything you need. We were off-grid but had hot running water throughout, which was amazing.
James was great throughout the whole process, good communication and easy pick up/drop off.
