Camper Van Hire – Terms & Conditions
By hiring the van, you agree to the following:
Drivers must be 25–75 years old with a full UK licence held for 2+ years. ID and proof of address are required.
UK travel only – no foreign travel or festival use permitted.
The van must be returned in the same clean condition, with fuel levels matched to those at collection.
Any damage, loss, or cleaning required will be charged to the hirer.
A security deposit is required before collection and will be refunded after safe return, subject to inspection.
Portable toilet (if used) must be emptied and cleaned before return.
The van includes breakdown cover – contact us immediately if an issue arises.
No smoking allowed in the vehicle. Well-behaved pets are welcome but must not damage the van.
Reasonable daily mileage included (excess may incur charges).
A deposit secures your booking. Final payment due before collection. Cancellations within 14 days may incur fees.

We had a brilliant time hiring Gareth’s camper van for a family trip with our two kids. The handover was super smooth – Gareth made everything really easy. The van was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed, making the whole trip very comfortable. We explored beautiful Norfolk and loved the time so much that we’ve just bought our own! Can’t recommend Gareth’s camper enough – it was the perfect intro to van adventures.
