• Please make booking in the main drivers name
• Copy of both sides of the photo card drivers’ licence (address, name & ID must be up to date)
• Online licence check – check someone’s driving licence information. Please note, DVLA licence checks can only be carried out on driving licences issued from mainland UK
• Two proof of address from separate sources
• Cleared a traceable security deposit (BACS, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Cheque etc.)
• Read through and sign our Terms and Conditions after booking
• Must be under 79 and over 25 years of age for insurance purposes
• Must have held your driving license for a minimum of 2 years

Pickup is any time between 2pm and 4pm (3.30pm latest in the winter/October-February)
Return any time before 11am, 11am latest please. Any later will mean an extra nights charge. If wanting to pick up earlier or drop off later, please enquire for availability and pricing.

The fuel tank will be full on arrival, please return full. If not full on return, regardless of the level in the tank, there is a charge of £150

Please ensure toilet and waste water is emptied at your campsite ELSAN disposal point or other approved site. Failure will incur a charge of £65

Water isn't drinkable from the tap as we can’t guarantee where you get your water from will be safe for drinking. Please bring bottled water or make other arrangements for drinking water.

If you are to bring your own toilet paper, please ensure it is compatible with a camping/cassette toilet (we use Thetford branded paper) or super super thin, this will make emptying the cassette much more pleasant for yourselves!

Also please ensure any toiletries and soaps used are biodegradable, everything supplied in the van is already biodegradable and eco-friendly.

Everything about this booking was perfect. The information relating to the motorhome was spot on, the booking was hassle free, and Grace helped and answered all my questions. On collection day, Grace showed us how to operate the motorhome, along with all the essentials for a trouble free trip. The motorhome drove very well and felt very well looked after. The bed linen and towels that were provided were very comfortable, and clean. The facilities in the motorhome were great, the fridge and cooker were very easy to use, the water heating system and control panel was very user friendly too. Grace kept in touch during our trip to make sure all was going well, and we arranged the handback at a mutually convenient time. We handed the motorhome back after a quick clean, and all was well. I cannot recommend Grace enough, everything was perfect - thank you. July 2024

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Lake District in ‘Rocky’! The perfect way to explore the UK with a 3yr old in safety and comfort. The service we received from Grace was best-in-class, from the initial walkthrough, the supplied crockery/utensils and cleaning products, to the ongoing ‘customer support line’ mid-trip when we couldn’t get things to work (as we were newbies!), Grace really made the trip that much more special, with everything considered. The deep clean was perfect, as it felt as if the vehicle was brand new, lovely and clean ready for a week of living! We made lots of precious memories, and very much look forward to many more such trips! Cannot recommend Grace and ‘Rocky’ enough, thank you! June 2024

The motorhome was clean and was organised well with little extras (soap, sponges, toilet and kitchen roll etc) unfortunately there were a few fundamentals that made things tricky for our hire; there was only a qtr of a tank of fuel on collection so we had to fill it prior to our road trip. When packing the van, the fridge hadn't been turned on so it looks ages to cool and delayed packing to depart. The gas ran out halfway through our trip and in the middle of cooking our dinner so ended up trying cook potatoes and vegetables on our own gas BBQ grill. It was a bit of a shame that these things let down our weekend away as little details were great. Would recommend checking these things when collecting. Also, the person booking the van through Go Boony is the presumed driver so much sure you use the right name! May 2024

The motorhome was in immaculate condition when we collected it, there were a few hiccups but the owners went out of their way to accomodate our requests. There was enough hanging space for all our clothes and a big enough fridge etc I will be renting this van again in the future and would recommend! August 2023

This was our first experience of renting a campervan and it was really positive throughout. Grace communicates really well, is super friendly while being very efficient so you know where you are and she gives you a polite nudge if you are dragging your heels. Rocky is a fabulous van and we really enjoyed our experience while we were at a music festival for 5 days. July 2023

We recently hired Rocky for a trip to the British Grand Prix. The van is exactly as pictured, modern, clean and a high specification. It is also equipped with everything you would need for your trip. Great detail and thought has been put into stocking Rocky from everything you would need inside, to outside pieces like a windbreaker and gazebo. The bed in the back when set up as a 'double' was more like the size our super king bed. My 6'4 husband was able to get a comfortable night's sleep without hanging off the bed or having to curl up. Grace was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and responsive. She answered all our queries and was on hand for any issues while we were away. She also gave a detailed handover, so we knew exactly how everything worked and where things were kept. We had a great trip in Rocky and will definitely be looking to hire from Grace again! July 2023
