🚐 Please treat the camper as if it were your own so everyone can enjoy it – thank you!

⏱️ Collection & Return
• Please return the camper on time and to the agreed location.
• Late return without agreement may be charged at £25 / €30 per hour.

🧼 Cleanliness & Waste
• Please return the camper clean and tidy: rubbish removed, surfaces wiped and dishes washed.
• The compost toilet must be emptied before return.

If not returned in acceptable condition:
• General cleaning: £50 / €60
• Toilet not emptied: £40 / €45
• Excessive dirt or bad odours: up to £100 / €115

⛽️ Fuel
• Please return with the same fuel level as at collection.
• If not, fuel cost plus £15 / €18 service charge will apply.

🚭 Smoking
• No smoking or vaping inside the camper.
• Evidence of smoking will result in a £150 / €170 deep cleaning fee.

🐾Pets
• Pets are only allowed with prior agreement.
• Excessive pet hair, smells or damage may result in a £50 / €60 cleaning fee.

🛠️ Damage & Equipment
• Any damage or breakages must be reported.
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged in line with Goboony’s insurance and deposit policy.
• Missing or broken items (outdoor table, chairs, kitchen equipment, etc.) will be charged at replacement value.

🌍 Travel & Use
• Wild camping must be done legally and respectfully.
• No off-road driving or festivals without prior approval.

🧾 Fines
• Any fines (parking, tolls, speeding, congestion charges) are the renter’s responsibility and will be charged in full plus a £10 / €12 admin fee.

🚨Security Deposit
The deposit may be used to cover cleaning, fuel, damage, missing equipment, late return or rule breaches.

All charges are handled via Goboony in line with their policies.
