Treat Roger as if he were your own,
Return him in the condition you receive him in. (clean and tidy)
pick up and drop off times are fairly flexible around my work and other renters dates if they are close to yours, for example i can do early morning pick up from 8am till 9am if you want to get a jump start on your trip.
There will be a full tank of fuel and cooking gas when you set off so please refill this before your return.
If the fuel or cooking gas are not replaced then the following applies:
Gas bottle exchange fee £40
Refuel charge £20 (plus fuel needed to refill)
Waste water tank to be emptied before you return Roger.
If pets are approved please keep them off the seats and beds for the cleanliness and hygene of futures guests.
If you don't know please just ask, I would rather you ring me and ask how x or y works again rather than you break it etc.
There is a cleaning fee if the waste water is not emptied before your return of £20.
I do NOT charge a set cleaning fee per booking however the following applies:
There is a cleaning fee if Roger is returned filthy on the inside of £35
There is a cleaning fee if Roger is returned filthy on the outside of £40
NO DRIVE THROUGH CAR WASHES! (as they can damage the pop top roof)

Great van and Alan was super helpful given this was our first time out. The van was lovely and clean inside and out and had everything we needed for our few days away. Highly recommended.

We spent a week with Roger. The hand over was excellent. The van was immaculate inside and out. Roger was good to drive and the facilities were excellent.
Great experience and Alan was brilliant from start to finish.

I'd highly recommend anyone hire Roger off Big Al. I'd never hired a van off someone before or used Goboony but I most definitely will because of how easy and stress free the whole process was. Allan explained everything in a simple and honest way making the pick up and drop off hassle free.
The van itself Roger was great to drive. We toured around the Highlands of Scotland and the Isle of Skye and Roger handled it all in his stride. I'm 6ft 8 and I comfortably fit driving and sleeping in it.
Would highly recommend you hire this van from Big Al you will not be disappointed

Alan was a great host, extremely organised and hospitable allowing ourselves to take the campervan earlier than advertised for no additional cost. The van itself was clean and tidy, easy to drive and set up. It was also comfy and easily able to sleep the four of us (two adults and two children). I can’t fault it in any way.

Been looking to buy a camper for a while, so I wanted to try one out. It was a VERY last minute booking and a bit of a spontaneous decision to go, but thought why not?
The camper itself is beautiful! Top spec, immaculately clean, drives perfectly, easy to use. Amazing! Couldn't ask for a better van! It has everything you could ever need for a camping trip! This van confirmed for me I NEED to get one myself!
Alan the owner is genuinely one of the nicest people I've met. Showed us how to use everything, went through a full checklist of equipment, and even gave me a wealth of information about the best vans to get for when I do get my own. He was accommodating with how last minute everything was and was incredibly flexible with pickups and dropoffs.
Would 100% recommend to anyone. As a first-time renter I definitely landed on my feet with this one.
