Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Leave the motorhome clean: Wipe surfaces, sweep floors (carpet or hard flooring), and tidy sofas/beds before checkout.

• Empty the toilet cassette completely, rinse it, and dispose of waste at designated chemical disposal points – never in regular toilets or drains.

• Clean the bathroom cubicle shower, sink, and toilet after use; report any issues immediately.

• Empty fridge/freezer, wipe it down, and ensure LPG appliances (heater, cooker) are off and clean.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in after 3 PM; check-out by 11 AM. Provide 24-hour notice for exact times.

• Report all damages, breakages, or mechanical issues (e.g., radio, TV) right away – no hiding accidents.

• Switch off all lights, electronics, and appliances; lock windows/doors when leaving unattended.

Usage & Safety

• Maximum 4 berths/2 seatbelts: No exceeding occupancy or unauthorized extra guests.

• No smoking inside; no pets allowed under any circumstances.

• Quiet hours 11 PM–8 AM: Respect neighbors, no parties or loud music. Use awning/bike rack/roof rack responsibly – secure loads properly.

• Park responsibly without blocking access; no off-road driving beyond motorhome capabilities.

• Dispose of all rubbish in provided bins or nearby facilities; recycle where possible.
