Cleanliness - We keep the van in good condition for all.
Please return the van in the same clean condition you received it.
Wipe down and sweep out any dirt or sand.
Empty the toilet cassette and grey water tank before returning.

Fuel & Fluids
The van will be handed over with a full tank – please return it full.
Top up screen-wash and check oil/water levels on long trips.

No Smoking
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the van. Evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning charge.

Pets
Are not permitted - Gaz is allergic!

Sleeping Arrangements
Sleeps 4 across two double beds (pop top and rear conversion).
Use the supplied mattress protectors and bring your own bedding unless otherwise agreed.

Power Usage
Starlink is available at an additional cost, 2 leisure batteries and a 24V EcoFlow system will power the van along with a 200w solar panel and gas.
Be mindful of power usage when off-grid, gas will be provided, but you must monitor and replace at cost if it runs out mid trip – feel free to ask if you're unsure what can be run safely.

Driving & Usage
Please let us know where you’re going - festivals, off-road driving and festivals should be discussed prior.
Drive with care – you’re carrying your holiday and our pride & joy!

Pick-Up & Return
Pick-up and return times to be agreed in advance (generally 1500 collection and 1200 return but up for discussion).
Late returns may incur a fee unless arranged ahead of time.

Allow 45 minutes for collection handover so we can give you full instructions.
