Our new VW California Ocean is the last word in comfort, both to drive and camp in. The low-mileage, 205bhp automatic transmission is a joy to drive, with adaptive cruise control, sensor/camera parking and even a self-parking option.

The electric pop-up roof and side door make it easy to convert into a four berth van to sleep in with super-comfort mattresses above and below. The upper berth has built-in lighting and Dc sockets, with side windows and a full-width zip-out window in the front.

The built-in kitchen includes a fridge, twin gas hob and sink, with lots of cupboard space. A sliding table and 180 degree front swivel seats means you can sit four around the table inside for meals/socialising. LED lighting is builtin around the van. The table can be removed for use outside and there are two camping chairs stowed in the tailgate. The van also has a built-in wind-out awning.
There is a mini-wardrobe space with further clothes drawers and a rear storage compartment that can be made larger by moving the back bench seat forward.

As well as the usual air-con, there is also a built-in, time-programmable heater that can be operated when the vehicle is parked up.
Driving is a joy with the latest Kenwood touch-screen / voice controlled system with built-in SatNav, Apple/Android CarPlay. There is a second screen in the drivers dash for SatNav/vehicle info, and an overhead touch-screen to control things like the fridge, electric roof, heating and much more.

We can additionally supply many optional extras including a superb inflatable Hex Driveaway room which attaches to the side of the van giving you a whole extra room. The van can be detached from the room in seconds so you can drive off for the day and come back to the Hex and reattach. The Hex also has optional bedroom pods.

We can also supply a Portable toilet and tent, cutlery, cooking equipment, plus many extras such as electric hook-up/chocks etc.
There is a lockable 2-bike rack on the tailgate.
