We had toyed with getting a MoHo (MotorHome) for a while as we like the freedom of just getting up and going. Then we got married and became the MoFo's (hence the name), moved house and time moved on, and we put it to the back of our minds. Then I was made redundant and started a new job which made us refocus and think of life in a different way.
We love the freedom of getting up and go, we can made a cuppa at any point and have food on the go. We have been to New Forest, Hayling Island and planning Wales, Europe, Isle of Wight and so much more.
But we want to share our MoHo, Mirabel with you, so you can experience the freedom aswell
4 berth with 4 seatbelts, which after extensive research isn't always the case. There are 2 beds, 1 in the rear which is a fixed double bed and the front seated area becomes a 2nd double bed.
Living area - The driver and passenger seats spin round and are so comfortable when relaxing. There are also 4 other seats to relax and chat or watch TV which we use the iPad or laptop. We partially pulled the bed out to make a bigger sofa to get really comfy when relaxing. There is a 6 seater table which is stored under the bed and easily moved if needed.
Kitchen - Fridge and freezer compartment, oven, grill and 3 gas rings and 1 electric (just in case the gas runs out you can still have a cuppa) and microwave. Fully stocked cutlery, crockery, pans, kettle and utensils etc.
Bathroom - Cassette toilet with the products needed to treat and clean (very straight forward). Hot shower at the flick of a switch. Vanity sink area with cupboard space.
Energy - There's a choice of how you want to power the habitation area. You can either plug in to the campsite as we provide the correct cables, use the leisure battery or gas where we provide the gas canister which are easy to fill up at most large service stations.
Cruise Control and Power Assisted Steering
Sockets - there are lots of sockets for your appliances and also USB sockets for ease to charge your mobile phone . They are located all over Mirabel so very easy to use anything electric.
Control Panel - easily operated touch pad in Mirabel. It's easy to use and alarms tend to go off if you get it wrong.
Heating - Central heating is easily controlled by a touchpad
Linen and Bedding on request at £30 per berth (£60 if using both beds) but you will need to provide your own towels
Storage - under the fixed bed there is a large amount of space which is accessible by lifting the bed or from the outside hatch. There is also plenty of storage inside with lots of overhead places for clothes, food etc.
