Ok here's all the technical stuff.

Insurance:
The drivers insurance (for 1 Driver) is included within the hire charge.
The drivers insurance covers England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The insurance included does not cover personal belongings.
Addition drivers can be added (please enquire)
The age for drivers is Minimum 30 and maximum 70 and needs to meet the criteria for our insurance company (example points on licence).
For European travel, please enquire first with information of countries travelling to, also extra costs to consider are EU Insurance and mileage allowance.
After booking we will need you to provide the following ID:
Photo of the Front of Driving Licence Card
Photo of the Back of Driving Licence Card
National Insurance Number for DVLA online check
Two Utility Bills with the address that match your drivers licence

Security Deposit:
At the time of collecting the vehicle we will process your security deposit. it's £1000 it's usually done on a Credit or Debit card and is what's called Pre Authorisation. In brief it swipes your card but doesn't take the money.

Inside the Vehicle:
We understand accidents may happen, but please look after the vehicle and treat things with care,
We have a strict NO SMOKING and NO VAPING policy.
Pets are allowed, but it's a maximum of 1 Dog or 1 Cat. Please do NOT allow pets on beds, seats or any soft furnishings.

Other Vehicle Bits:
The Fuel Policy is Full to Full - we provide the vehicle with a full tank of Diesel and Please Return with a full Tank of Diesel.
