Please empty (and rinse) toilet cassette and empty grey water (£99 charge if not done).
Value of any damage will be taken from security deposit.
All charges (if applicable) will be taken from security deposit.
Pick up and drop off times "MAY BE" negotiable. Please clarify (request) an earlier or later pick up/drop off at the time of making the request. PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THAT YOU CAN PICK UP EARLIER OR DROP OFF LATER AS THERE MAYBE A BOOKING BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR BOOKING.
Please note: To arrange the insurance (which is included in the price), the Owner can request a copy of your driver's license, 2 proofs of address, and for UK licenses, a DVLA check code. Please check with the Owner on specific requirements, especially if you don't hold a UK or EU driving license.
