Return Terms & Conditions
• The van must be returned clean inside and out, just as it was provided.
• Please return the van with the same amount of diesel as when collected.
• If not, fuel will be charged at £2.00 per litre, plus a £20 refuelling surcharge.
• Dogs are welcome at no extra cost, but a £35 hypoallergenic deep clean fee applies.
• Please note: You are still responsible for cleaning the van before return.
• A £100 cleaning fee will be charged if the van, equipment, or contents are returned in an unclean condition.
• A £200 per day late return fee will apply for any late drop-offs, plus any compensation owed to the next hirer if applicable.
• Any damage to the vehicle or equipment will be assessed fairly, and deductions made as needed to cover repair or replacement.
• All charges will be discussed openly, and you’ll receive a detailed, itemised invoice if any apply.
