Martin is a California Beach factory-built camper van by Volkswagen – not a conversion – so everything is thoughtfully designed and expertly engineered.

Comfort & Drive

Martin seats five passengers and includes a full-width lower bed (1.5m wide) for restful nights, plus a double bed in the elevating roof. Thanks to his automatic transmission, Martin is a breeze to drive, and the built-in adaptive cruise control makes long journeys even more relaxing.

Martin comes with a VW Bike rack that can take up to 4 bikes ( total weight 60kG). The rack can be removed if you don't need it.

Cooking & Camping

Martin includes a fold-out gas hob built into the van, perfect for quick meals. For longer trips, we can provide a separate camping stove for outdoor cooking. Inside, enjoy full LED dimmable lighting for the perfect evening atmosphere.

Before You Go

Please treat Martin as your own and return him as clean as possible. We’ll include some cleaning supplies to make this easier.

We provide the van with a full tank of diesel (note: Martin has a large 80L tank for longer range) and ask that it’s returned full. Alternatively, you can opt to return it empty for a fuel surcharge.

Important Notes:
• A copy of the insured driver(s) licence(s) is required at collection.
• Festival bookings are charged at peak rates regardless of the time of the year – please enquire.
• European travel carries a £15/day surcharge.
