Camper Van Rental – Terms and Conditions

Driver Requirements
have held a full UK/EU licence for at least 2 years.
A copy of the driving licence (front and back), a DVLA licence check code, and 2 recent proofs of address are required for insurance purposes.
All drivers must be named and approved in advance.

Fuel Policy
The camper van is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full.
A refueling charge will apply if not returned with a full tank.

Water and Waste
Please fill the fresh water tank before returning the van.
Both the toilet cassette and grey wastewater tank must be emptied and cleaned.
A £250 fee will be charged if this is not done.

Cleanliness
The van must be returned in the same clean condition it was collected — inside and out.
Cleaning products are provided in the van.
A £100 cleaning charge applies if returned unclean.
A £250 deep cleaning fee applies if there is evidence of smoking or heavy soiling.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the van.
Evidence of smoking will result in a £250 fine and possible loss of deposit.

Pets
Non-shedding pets may be allowed only with prior approval.
Hairy/shedding pets are not permitted.
Additional cleaning fees may apply for pet-related mess or damage.

Festivals
Festival use is not allowed unless discussed and agreed in advance.

Damage, Breakages & Loss
You are responsible for the care and security of the camper.
Any damage, breakages, or missing items will be deducted from your security deposit.
Please report any issues as soon as they happen.
Maximum Occupancy
The camper van is suitable for up to 4 adults.
Do not exceed this number for safety and insurance reasons.
Fines and Legal Responsibility
The hirer is responsible for all fines, tolls, parking charges, and traffic violations during the hire period.
This includes Fixed Penalty Notices, congestion zone charges
Pick-Up and Return
Please allow at least 1 hour for both collection and return.
Return the van on time, unless an extension is arranged in advance.
Extra hire days may be possible depending on availability — please ask.
