1. Fuel:
• Please return the van with a full tank of diesel (same as collection).

2. Cleanliness:
• The van should be returned clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed.
• Please wipe down surfaces and keep the interior as you found it.

3. Cooking & Appliances:
• Use the camping stove safely and only in well-ventilated areas.
• Turn off the MaxxAir fan, heater, and all electrics before leaving the van or returning it.

4. Bedding & Interior:
• Please look after the foam mattress and built-in bed—no wet clothing or muddy gear directly on the bedding.

5. Driving & Parking:
• Drive responsibly and treat the van with care—it’s self-built and very personal to me.
• Be mindful of height restrictions and uneven terrain.

6. Smoking & Vaping:
• Strictly no smoking inside the van.

7. Pets:
• Pets are welcome only with prior approval. Please ensure the van is cleaned of pet hair before return.

8. Breakages & Damage:
• Any damage or issues must be reported immediately—accidents happen, communication is key.

9. Waste & Water:
• Please empty the waste water responsibly at designated sites.
• Keep an eye on fresh water levels and refill as needed.
