We had an absolutely fantastic time travelling the NC500 in Carmella, the campervan! From the moment we picked her up, everything was seamless. Jemma was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made both the handover and return so smooth. She took time to explain how everything worked, and her communication throughout was excellent — we felt really well looked after. Carmella quickly became our home on wheels, and she didn’t miss a beat! She handled the winding Highland roads beautifully and gave us front-row views of some of Scotland’s most breathtaking landscapes. From peaceful lochside stops and dramatic coastal drives to white sandy beaches and remote villages, she got us everywhere in comfort and style. The van itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully kitted out — everything we needed was there, from kitchen essentials to a comfy bed after a long day of exploring. We especially loved waking up to new views every morning — each more stunning than the last. This trip has been one of our most memorable getaways, and a big part of that is thanks to Carmella and Jemma. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again and can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone thinking of doing the NC500 or a road trip in Scotland. The handover with Emma was really smooth both at pick up and drop off. Can tell she is passionate about her camper and really explained everything clearly to us. We took it all the way from Yorkshire to the highlands with the unlimited mileage we weren’t concerned with being able to explore. We found the Motorhome a good size for 2 adults and a large dog, found the bed super easy and liked that when as seats allowed more space. The quality of the Motorhome was really high, the adaptability of the layout was great. October 2024
