House Rules – Please Read Before Booking

To keep Bertha in top shape and ready for future adventures, we kindly ask all guests to follow these rules:

Return with a full tank of diesel

Clean interior before return

Empty the toilet cassette and grey water tank

No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle – Evidence of this will result in a £100 fine.

Pets allowed at a cost of £30 per dog – but please clean up thoroughly after them to avoid any additional charges.

Only use the toilet with the provided chemicals

No festivals or mountain driving without prior approval – Doing so without consent may void insurance and result in loss of deposit.

All damages must be reported – Any unreported damage found on return may incur full deposit deduction.

Bertha is GPS tracked for your safety and insurance compliance – please stick to UK use unless agreed otherwise.

Secure all items before travel – including awning, windows, and rooflights to avoid damage in transit.
