She is classed as a 3 bed but much better for 2. Small dogs welcome (maximum of 2), up to approx 15k, there is not enough room for any bigger doggies.
There is a very comfortable fixed double bed above the garage (please don’t let your dog up on the bed).
Solar panel fitted so leisure battery stays topped up and it is possible to live comfortably without mains hook-up for a few days then will need topping up by driving or EHU unless it is very sunny!
The heating system is brilliant also lovely warm shower and hot water, uses the Gas or EHU to run. Every luxury that is needed is very well designed in a small space. It can get very warm and cosy on cold days.
As it is low profile and not much wider than a large van, it is really easy to drive, and has a good quality reversing and rear-view camera to aid with manoeuvring. Also has a front view dashcam. There are 2 rear seatbelts in lounge area.
It has a digital radio, Cruise control and Air con in the cabin. A good-sized garage under the bed. 3 bike rack on the back. 2.3l manual diesel engine Euro 6. My motorhome is only 6m long (6.5m+ if you include loaded bike rack). You will be able to park on my drive in the motorhomes space.
Charlie is equipped with;
Cutlery, crockery, mugs and beakers, basic cooking utensils.
Sauce pans and frying pans, 2 kettles one electric and one for gas hob.
1 small toaster (PAT tested appliances).
2 towels hand and tea towels, cleaning cloths and equipment, soap and washing up liquid.
Rolls of suitable biodegradable toilet paper and toilet chemicals.
The bed will have a topper and a mattress protector on it.
A Spar wheel.
Gas bottle, Cost of gas will be included in the price unless you use more than one bottle, then a charge of £30 will be applied.
She has a fridge with a small freezer compartment, oven, grill and 3 ring hob, hot water system.

Digital radio with Bluetooth connection to phone but she doesn’t have a TV.
