Operational rules for your safety and the safety of the van:
Please do not drive the vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Never drive with the pop-top roof up and ensure straps are tightly fastened before your journey (check all fabric is tucked in and that the lid sits tight, all the way around)
Please open a door or window, to release air when pulling down the pop-up top (failure to do this will result in damage because of the vacuum effect) and please always use the plastic handles to pull the roof down, not the straps (a step is provided behind the drivers seat if unable to reach)
Always have a window open when using the stove
Switch gas off before travelling
Always have the swivel seat facing forwards whilst travelling
Children or animals not to be left in the vehicle for any length of time unsupervised
Do not pour anything other than water down the sink (this includes food waste / toothpaste etc.)
***Please do not use multi-storey car parks in this van***
If you feel you need to force something to move then it is likely you have the technique wrong. We are always available to assist should you be struggling with something. Furniture in campers is not quite as robust as the furniture in your home.
Please take awning down if bad weather is setting in (particularly wind) as this can cause damage to the vehicle. Please also try to dry before placing back in bag (we appreciate this might not always be possible)
Please return the campervan with a full tank of fuel.
Please return in a clean and tidy condition
Please return with a full water tank and ensure all gas is off.

We hired Aggi for a 9 day trip around Devon and Cornwall and loved every minute of it! We loved the flexibility of moving to a new campsite every few days, you’re spoilt for choice in Devon and Cornwall! Aggi was equipped with all of the cooking equipment we needed as well as some really lovely home comforts (particularly the blankets and fairy lights!).
The handover with Sam was very smooth, she is so friendly and helpful and explained everything before we headed off on our trip and gave us some great tips about areas to visit and things to do! She was also on hand if we needed anything at all during our time away. We would 100% recommend hiring Aggi for your campervan adventure!
