Neo – Brand New Autotrail F62 - 4 Berth

We had a fabulous trip to Cornwall in ‘Neo’ Penny was patient as we navigated the Goboony document requirements. Handover was simple and paperwork was already prepared before we arrived. The motor home was immaculate as advertised. On return, it was simple. Our car was brought out from the garage ready for us. Fantastic service. Thank you Penny! November 2024

This was our first time hiring a motorhome and we were a little apprehensive as to what to expect. Penny was extremely helpful and made everything super easy. Paul gave us some helpful hints & tips before we left. Collecting and returning the motorhome was effortless. The van was new and in excellent condition. Arrived at okehampton to pick up the motorhome and was greeted pleasantly, the paperwork was ready and handover straight forward, we were away starting our holiday in no time...The motorhome was clean and adequate for our needs full with fuel so no time wasting looking for a garage.We took ourselves to France and back with no hiccups safe in the knowledge that we had emergency numbers to hand from penelope.The return handover was also effortless and we would definitely recommend hiring from these lovely people September 2024

The handover of the van was very efficient and we were on our way within 20 minutes. Not familiar with Goboony, but uploading the photographs of any pre-existing damage immediately after the handover was easy to do and reassuring too (meant there would be no quibbles once the van was returned). The van itself was excellent and didn’t put a foot wrong (we travelled from Exeter to Inverness, where we drove the North Coast 500. We then drove back to Exeter). The van itself is very easy to use - whether it’s putting the pop top up or turning on the heating when parked up at a campsite, the control panel on the roof of the driver’s cab allows you to do all this at the touch of a button. The van was well equipped with cutlery, plates, mugs, pans, a tea towel and a dish cloth. The fridge too, was an excellent size - large enough for my wife and I to store enough provisions for 3 days. My wife and I are not large people, either in height or width. We are also fit and agile, so for us, the VW California was perfect. We would very happily use the van again and unreservedly recommend Penelope’s van to anyone considering hiring a small VW camper for a week or two. Thank you! September 2024

Pleasure to deal with from collection through to redelivery. Paul and Penelope made the process a breeze, running us to and from the train station. Whilst the rest of the wedding party was repegging tents in 40kt winds, we were tucked up in Neo safe and sound. July 2024

We thoroughly enjoyed renting Bodie from O'Conners Campers for a couple of weeks. Penelope and Paul were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and their customer service was amazing. When we picked Bodie up, everything was explained in detail, and a sparkling VW California was handed over to us. During the trip to France, we had a couple of questions, and Paul and Penelope were very responsive. Handing the campervan back and picking up our car was also very easy. Honestly, we have not encountered such amazing customer service in a long while. Penny was so helpful and talked us through every step of the process. Melissa also showed us everything we needed to know on the van. Our van Bodie was pristine when we collected - not quite so pristine after a wet weekend - but we loved every minute and would recommend O’Connors to anyone. March 2024
