Van Rental Rules – Please Read Before Booking
General Use
Treat the van with care – please look after it as if it were your own.
No smoking or vaping inside the van.
No festivals unless agreed in advance.
No off-road driving – please stick to official roads and campsites.
Respect mileage limits (if applicable – check the listing details).
Inside the Van
Remove shoes when inside to help keep it clean.
No pets unless agreed in advance.
Clean up spills and crumbs – basic cleaning supplies are provided.
Fuel & Fluids
Return with a full tank (same level as at pick-up).
Use the correct fuel type (clearly marked – petrol/diesel).
Check oil and water on long journeys and let us know of any issues.
Check Tyre Pressure
Cleaning & Waste
Return the van clean and tidy - inside should be swept and wiped down.
Remove all rubbish – please leave no food or litter inside.
Collection & Return
Be on time for both pick-up and drop-off (as arranged).
Late returns may incur charges unless agreed beforehand.
Report any damage or issues honestly and promptly – we appreciate transparency and you are insured.
Insurance & Driving
Only named drivers (meeting age/license requirements) are insured to drive.
Drive responsibly – any fines, speeding tickets, or toll charges are the hirer’s responsibility.
In case of breakdowns or accidents, contact us and the breakdown service right away.
