Basic rules:
*UK Travel only, please advise if planing European trip, this can be discussed
*Driver minimum 30-70 years old(5 years of driving experience). Max 3 points on licence.
*No OFF Road travel
*NC500 possible if confirmed route you are taking with us. There are few roads to avoid .
*No STAG or Hen parties.
*No Festivals(can be discussed)
*Small pet allowed , cleaning fee apply
*Fuel > Full to full policy, please return full tank. (failure to do so will result in deducting missing diesel cost and £35 admin fee taking from your deposit)
*No need to return full tank of WATER.
* No litter left in the VAN on return.
*Gray water must be emptied before return.(failure to so> admin fee £35 taking from your deposit)
*Toilet cassette must be emptied and rinsed before return (failure to do so>admin fee £50 taking from your deposit)
*STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the CAB or HABITAT room.
*In case of PENALTIES CHARGES, £35 admin fee will apply on the top of the Penalty charge.
* NO need deep clean on return, please bring it tidy inside, with wiped surfaces, washed kitchenette which you used, rest we will do ourselves.

Collection and return:
As we are working full time family please collect MotorHome on Saturday or Sunday from 15.30.
*You welcome to collect it during the week in the early evening or we agreed time in advance.
Return : Saturday or Sunday by 11.00AM. Week day you welcome to return in the late afternoon or evening (no extra fee will apply).

Extras:
*We are located 30 min drive from Luton Airport, collection and drop off can be arranged.
*There is a train station in the village
*We are located in safe residential area, so you welcome to leave your car on our drive or on estate parking.
*Paddle board available to hire (£50 per week. )
*please advise if linen required ( as default we have set no linen policy , but if required we can arrange linen hire .
