Please make sure that a few small house keeping bits are up to date before returning, including:
Empty the toilet waste and rinse it out (follow the instructions provided).
Empty the waste water tank (wastewater from sinks/shower).
Refuel to the same level it was at when collected (usually full).
Clean the interior – a basic tidy-up is fine:
Wipe down surfaces
Remove all rubbish
Return any hired equipment (e.g., paddleboard) clean and dry.
Close all windows, roof lights, and secure the awning.
Strip beds and place used bedding and towel on the bed
Double-check for personal belongings!
Vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel - it should be returned the same
- £30 fee plus cost of fuel will be charged if not returned full
All waste should be emptied and toilet cassette fully cleaned and returned empty
- £100 fee will be charged for additional cleaning if toilet cassette is returned full/not cleaned
Van interior should be returned clean and tidy
Any driving/parking offences will be forwarded to lead hirer upon receipt at your registered address.

Absolutely beautiful motorhome, we booked it out for four nights for a trip to Scotland. Would highly recommend hiring this motorhome. The owners are so helpful and at the end of the phone if you have any questions.. on our next trip this would be the motorhome we would hire. 10/10

We had such a fantastic experience renting this campervan! Thierry and his wife were incredibly welcoming and kind – they went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and confident, especially as complete beginners with campervans. They took the time to explain everything in detail, were always quick to respond to any questions, and genuinely cared about making our trip smooth and enjoyable.
The campervan itself was spotless, beautifully kept, and filled with thoughtful little touches that made a huge difference. It had everything we could possibly need for our trip, which made it feel effortless and so much more enjoyable.
Thierry and his wife, Gabi are truly lovely, helpful people, and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. Highly recommended! 🥰
