• Please do not smoke in the van.
• Small/medium sized, well behaved dogs are welcome (one dog only), but please keep them off the seats and beds.
• Motorhome supplied with a full tank of diesel and must be returned full - charges for vehicle not refuelled will be at a rate of £35 plus the cost of fuel.(deducted from deposit).
• The van will be cleaned prior to use. We ask you to treat our motorhome with care and respect and to return it as clean as when it left us, if not an additional cleaning fee of £35 will be applied.(deducted from deposit).
• The grey water must be emptied.
• The toilet cassette MUST be emptied and rinsed out before being returned if not a fee of £35 will be applied.(deducted from deposit).
• Please bring sleeping bags/bed linen as this is not provided.
• Standard pickup time is after 3pm and return by 12pm. Earlier/later timings arranged on request.
• EMERGENCY - If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe / call the number of the breakdown service provider provided to you.
• DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required.
• No Off-road travel.
• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older, 5 years driving experience.
