The amenities he provides make for a really relaxing experience wherever your journey takes you, allowing you to focus on the amazing sights on your trip. Colin is super easy to drive and made easier with cruise control and parking sensors front and rear.
He comes with the new Titan design seating in the rear which can be reclined for greater comfort when on the road and easily folds out into a comfortable double bed. There is another 3/4 double bed with mattress in the pop top roof which can accommodate one adult or 2 children.
Up front there are two comfortable chairs with armrests of which the passenger seat swivels to provide ample social space of an evening.
A professionally installed thermostatically controlled Webasto heater keeps everyone cosy overnight throughout winter 😎
There are two pop-up tables internally for really convenient eating and drinking and an outdoor pop up table and chairs for alfresco dining and games.
Colin also has a fridge with small freezer, double gas hob and microwave. The sink and tap are supplied by a 20L refillable tank of water, ideal for teas and coffees.
Full led lighting in the rear makes for a more relaxed atmosphere, controlled from a touchscreen panel that also allows you to check the water tank level and the power level on the leisure battery so you always know where you stand.
Colin also has multiple connection points: There are usb-c and mag-charging points in the rear living area and boot which run from the leisure battery and plug sockets if you're hooked up at a campsite. The cabin has usb-c connection which will also allow hook up to the Carplay system providing you with sat nav from your own phone as well as your own music to listen to on the road.
There are fold out camping chairs and table for sitting outside. If you do decide to stay on a site there is a 25m hook up cable.
The leisure battery will keep you going for around 3 days off grid stationary and will recharge whilst you drive. Colin also has a solar panel on the roof to keep the leisure battery topped up whilst off grid.
For additional safety Colin comes with an internal lock box for the days you want to leave your valuables safely secured with Colin and not worry about loosing them on a walk or at the beach.
Colin is equipped with basic kitchen equipment. Namely, pot, pan, kettle, plates, knives, forks, spoons, cups etc. You will need to provide you own bedding, pillows, towels, t-towels etc.
A chemical toilet can be provided on request at an additional charge of £25 per hire 🚽
A Colapz USB Rechargeable Camping Shower can be provided on request at an additional charge of £10 per hire 🚿
A full tank of diesel is provided at the start of your trip and should be returned full⛽
He is also ULEZ compliant in the UK.
Colin is near to Heathrow and train lines out of Paddington and Marylebone and if you drive to pick up Colin, you can park safely off road at our place👍
Collection usually takes 45 minutes and returns about 20 minutes.
