To help keep the van in great condition for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines:
🧼 Cleanliness & Care
• Please return the van in the same clean condition you received it – inside and out.
• Wipe down surfaces, sweep and clean the floor, and empty any rubbish before returning.
• Clean the hob and sink after use.
🛏️ Sleeping & Seating
• Use provided bedding/protective covers to keep cushions and mattresses clean.
🔥 Cooking & Gas
• The gas hob can be used inside or outside – please ensure good ventilation when cooking indoors.
• Turn off the gas supply completely when not in use.
• Clean the hob and any utensils after use.
🚽 Toilet Use
• The portable toilet is for emergency or light use only – please empty and clean it before returning the van.
🧳 Storage & Equipment
• You’re welcome to use all included equipment (chairs, table, awning, BBQ etc.) – please take care and return everything clean and dry.
• Store items securely when driving to prevent damage.
🚗 Driving & Mileage
• Treat the van as you would your own vehicle – no reckless driving or off-roading.
• Drive as far as you like, unlimited mileage included
• Report any incidents or damage right away.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping
• Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the van.
⛽️ Fuel
• Return with a full tank of diesel. Returning without full tank will be subject to admin charge of £30 plus fuel cost.
🕒 Return Time
• Please return the van by the agreed time to avoid late fees
