Evergreen – Luxury Off-Grid Campervan

Drivers must be 25–75 years old (or your insurer’s requirement).
No insurance claims, ban, or major convictions in the past 5 years.
Van must not be driven off-road, on beaches, or through flood water.

The van comes with a full tank and must be returned full.
Only standard diesel.
Report any warning lights or issues immediately.
If you put in the wrong fuel, costs are the renter’s responsibility.
Mileage limit per day (e.g., 150 miles/day) unless agreed otherwise.

Please return the van in a clean and tidy condition:
Rubbish removed
Surfaces wiped
Toilet emptied
Any new damage (inside or out) must be reported at return.

Charges apply for:
Unemptied toilet
Excessive dirt
Lost/broken equipment

The van’s systems (heating, battery, solar, appliances) must be used as instructed.
Never plug in devices that exceed the inverter’s power rating.
No modifications, DIY fixes, or tampering with electrical or gas systems.
Use only the provided charging cables when connecting to mains.

Use extraction fan
Keep windows open for ventilation
Clean hob and worktop after use
No deep frying inside the van.
Do not leave the heater, hob, or oven unattended.

No smoking or vaping inside the van at any time.
Candles, incense, and open flames are not allowed inside.

Pets allowed only with prior approval.
Please keep pets off the bed and upholstery.
Any pet-related mess or damage is chargeable.
Additional security deposit may apply.

Festivals are allowed only with prior agreement.
Additional security deposit may apply.

Lock the van whenever unattended.
Do not leave valuables in view.
If keys are lost, replacement and reprogramming costs apply.

Return the van at the agreed time.
Late returns may incur a fee (typically £25 per hour).

No towing.
No climbing on the roof.
