🧼 Cleanliness & Waste
• Toilet cassette must be emptied and rinsed — £100 charge if not

• Interior must be reasonably clean — £100 cleaning fee may apply

⛽ Fuel Policy
• Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of diesel
• If not, we’ll charge for fuel plus 25% admin fee
• ⚠ DIESEL ONLY — any petrol use = full liability for damage

🚭 Smoking
• 🚫 No smoking or vaping in or near the vehicle - £500 penalty

🚗 What’s Not Allowed
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Off-road use
• Carrying more passengers than there are seatbelts

🚨 Damage & Accidents
• All damage or accidents must be reported within 24 hours
• Our accident report form must be submitted within 72 hours of return
• Minor repairs under £40 must be pre-approved — keep receipts for reimbursement

🧾 Driver Requirements & Security Bond
• Drivers must be 25–79 years old
• Full UK/EU licence held for 2+ years
• £1,000 security bond required per hire

🔁 Security bond is refunded after vehicle return, pending inspection through Goboony.

Please note: a cleaning fee of £30 and an LPG Charge of £22 is applied to every Goboony booking automatically.

We had been let down by another company and Brody was able to accommodate a fairly last minute booking with extra requirements we needed fulfilling. From start to finish the communication was faultless, there wasn’t a question that wasn’t responded to promptly. We had the pleasure of experiencing both Es Vedra and the Kronos. Both motorhomes were absolutely stunnning, being 2025 plates they was extremely modern (kids loved the electric folding step on es Vedra and the electric table and bed on the Kronos) and I loved how everything worked at the touch of a button (or should I say touchscreen) they were both exceptionally clean. The storage options were great and they were genuinely a home away from home. He truly went above and beyond to ensure the trip was a success. He was able to provides extras that ensured we made the most of the time in we spent . I cannot rate these bookers highly enough. Also a mention to Diane who as well as answering all of my many questions was on hand with some sweet treats for my girls at the end of the trip for our onward journey home, they were very much appreciated. The deposit was returned extremely promptly. We are keen to try out more of the fleet as they will all be equally as modern and luxury as these. Also I’ve just found two of your teaspoons that I had taken down to where our friends were camping for creme brûlée’s and popped them in my handbag to return them to the van 🫣 I will return these on our next booking 😆 July 2025
