Campervan Hire – House Rules

-No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the campervan. Please respect the space and keep it smoke-free.
-No pets allowed.
-The campervan is provided with a full tank of fuel. Please return it the same way to avoid any refuelling charges.
-Clean and Tidy Upon Return
Please return the campervan in the same clean condition it was provided inside and out. Cleaning will be applied by us for very dirty returns. All dishes should be washed, rubbish disposed of, and surfaces wiped down.
-Toilet and Wastewater Emptying.
The toilet and wastewater must be emptied before returning the campervan. The toilet waste cassette must be thoroughly cleaned, washed and disinfected, along with the toilet bowl to be fully cleaned and disinfected by hirer. A fee of £250 will be charged if this is not done. Most campsites have a facility to dispose of foul waste.
-Turn off the gas when not in use and when driving .
-No Off-Road Driving
The campervan is not suited for off-road driving. Please stick to paved roads and established campsites.
-No hiring for festivals, due to the mess, mud and drunken breakages. Some exceptions will be considered. Message me.
-Damage and Breakages
Accidents happen! Please report any damage or breakages immediately. Charges will apply.
-Maximum Occupancy
The campervan sleeps 2 plus possibly a child. Please do not exceed this limit for safety and comfort.
-Booking and Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations or changes to the booking should be communicated as soon as possible.
Cancellation charges do apply.
- Please watch out when turning, wider turns recommended
- Height restriction 3m + 6.7m length
- Do not use awning when windy, please wind it back on flat grand .
- Do not leave toilet window open when, opening slide door.
- Lock all moving parts in rear when driving.
- 65mph max speed limit.
- Check the oil and water regularly.
- If the engine management light or any warning light comes on. STOP!
