FUEL :
All vans are diesel and will be full of fuel on collection. We ask that when you return the van you replace what fuel you have used. The night heater is also diesel and should be topped back up if used. The LPG tank for the oven and hob will also need topping up before return. Failure to top these back up will be taken out of your deposit.
CLEANING :
Van should be cleaned inside and out before return. Any damage or excess cleaning required after a hire including issues a pet has caused will be deducted from your deposit.
SMOKING :
Any evidence of smoking or vaping will be taken out of your deposit.

We have hired a few vans now and Sparrow's Nest ticked every box. The fixed bed is the best and long enough to let you stretch out. The van itself is beautifully finished and no onboard shower and toilet is not an issue - much nicer to have outside the van plus more living space. Solar power is another bonus. Dealing with Jo and Dave was easy and the whole process went smoothly.

Fabulous campervan! Everything you need for a really comfortable stay. Very comfy fixed bed! The owners do the bedding for you and provide a towel too, really nice touch along with the delicious flapjacks. Such care and attention has gone into this build. Sparrows Nest was the envy of all campers! Shes not just all style but practical too. Owners great to deal with.
