Rental Conditions
House Rules
We kindly ask;
1. Return On Time
Return the motorhome by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur extra fees.
Inform the rental company if you're running late.
2. Fuel Tank
Refill the fuel tank to the level it was at pickup (usually full).
Keep the fuel receipt as proof.
3. Propane Tank
Refill propane (LPG) tanks.
4. Toilet & Waste Water Tanks
Empty the toilet cassette and grey water tank at an appropriate dump station.
Clean the toilet area. A fee may apply if tanks are not emptied.
5. Interior Cleaning
We would appreciate it if you can help:
Clean the interior of the motorhome:
Wipe down surfaces
Clean kitchen area (sink, stove, fridge)
Remove all trash and food
The cleaning fee covers the deep cleaning between hires.
6. Bedding & Linens
Return all provided linens.
Place them in the designated laundry bag or as instructed.
7. Dishes & Kitchenware
Wash and dry all dishes, utensils, pots/pans, and return them to their proper place.
8. Exterior Condition
Check the outside of the vehicle for damage.
Report any dents, cracks, or accidents, even minor ones.
9. Personal Belongings
Remove all personal items from drawers, storage areas, and fridge/freezer.
10. Close & Secure
Shut all windows, vents, and roof hatches.
Ensure all doors and compartments are locked.
Turn off all lights, gas supply, and electronics.
11. Keys & Documentation
Return the keys and any rental documents, GPS units, or extras.
Follow the drop-off instructions (in-person or key-drop box, etc.).
12. Damage Report / Inspection
Be present for a final walk-around inspection.
Review and sign off on the return condition report.
