As part of our insurance policy, we require you to meet the criteria, as set out below. When enquiring, please mention that you have read this section, thanks.

• Been a resident of the UK for at least 10 years;
• Held a full UK or EEC driving license for at least 3 years;
• Never been convicted of a criminal conviction;
• No health condition that has or should have been declared to the DVLA;
• No County Court Judgements (CCJ’s); and
• In the past 5 years no motoring convictions other than CU, LC10, LU20, MS10, MS30, MS20 PC or SP motoring convictions, no motoring conviction resulting in a ban for more than 30 days and none of the following claims/incident losses on a motor insurance policy;
o Accident where you were regarded as being at fault including single vehicle accidents and any incident where your no claims bonus was reduced/lost;
o Accidents where you collided with a pedestrian, chemical damage, loss of keys, where you lost control of the vehicle, damage from a riot or any form of theft or malicious damage.
