a) The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of collection.
b) The vehicle must be returned clean. All tanks (grey water and fresh water) must be emptied, toilets emptied and cleaned, and all rubbish removed.
c) The vehicle must be securely locked when unattended.
d) Loss of the ignition key will result in a replacement charge.
e) The hiring party is strongly advised to obtain their own travel insurance.
f) Bookings involving EU travel must be declared in advance. A premium will be added to cover EU breakdown cover and insurance. You must obtain the VE103 document prior to the collection date.
g) The Owner reserves the right to refuse to hand over the vehicle to any person who, in our opinion, is not suitable to take charge of the vehicle due to concerns regarding the safety of the vehicle, its occupants, or other road users.
h) If the vehicle is returned late, dirty, or damaged in any way, the cost of cleaning or repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. A charge of £50 per hour will be applied for cleaning or labour. A service charge of £50 each will be applied for:
Cleaning of unemptied or uncleaned chemical toilets
Cleaning of dirty or stained carpets or upholstery
Cleaning of a dirty hob or oven
Cleaning of the fridge/freezer
i) You must provide two (2) proofs of address. All documents must be dated within 90 days of the hire date. The name and address on your driving licence must match both documents.
j) An online driving licence check will be required.
k) The hirer/main driver must be between 30 and 79 years of age.
l) The driver must not have more than two (2) convictions, each carrying 3 penalty points (e.g., 2x SP30s at 3 points each).
Note: Additional charges are not included in the final quoted price and will be charged separately. Full House Rules detailing these charges are available upon request at the time of booking.

Jemima was A1, class of its own.
The owner Paul was professional, caring and overall a really great guy. He took immense pride in delivering a super experience of motor home hire.
Handover was clear and very professional, we were on our way to enjoy a week of camping with our 3 children within 30 minutes of meeting Paul and his motorhome.
Jemima was a real gem, she is equipped with everything you could possible need and made camping very easy.
We will definitely book Jemima in the future and look forward to using Paul’s services again.

We rented Jemima for almost 2 weeks to travel around France. The handover was easy and we received a detailed handover. The van was very comfortable and we enjoyed staying in it. We used the large bed at the rear of the van, which was spacious and comfy.

We recently had an unforgettable family holiday, thanks to hiring Jemima from Paul and Charlotte. From start to finish, they were fantastic, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend them to anyone thinking about an adventure like this!
We traveled from Dover to Calais, then down to Switzerland, where we spent the first week enjoying the stunning lakes and mountains. After that, we explored Italy, visiting Venice, Pisa, a few of the beautiful lakes, and the coast. Finally lake hopping back up to Calais.
Jemima, had everything we needed and more! It was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and easy to drive, making the trip even better than we had imagined.
Even after three weeks together in the motorhome, the experience was wonderful. We made so many cherished family memories, and it was a truly special way to travel. If you’re considering a trip like this, we can’t recommend Paul, Charlotte, and Jemima highly enough. This van is perfect for a family or couple looking to create amazing experiences.

This was the first time myself and my husband have hired a motorhome and what a fantastic experience it has been, my only negative was that it was over far too quickly.
We hired Jemima (motorhome) from Paul with lots of input from Charlotte, really lovely people and very helpful. Jemima was spacious, comfortable and nice to drive.
Would definitely recommend hiring from them again but would go away for a longer amount of time.
