Afgelopen jaar, september hebben wij deze camper gehuurd. We hebben er een fijne vakantie mee gehad. Maar de service van Rico is ons zwaar tegengevallen. Bij het wisselen van de gasfles bleek de fles die we mee hadden gekregen niet te passen. Na veel heen en weer gebel (2 dagen waren we hierover bezig) spraken we af dat we een andere gasfles zouden kopen en dat we de kosten later terug zouden krijgen. Onderweg in Duitsland dachten we dat we geflitst waren voor een snelheidsovertreding. Dus we spraken af dat we even een paar weken zouden wachten of er inderdaad een bekeuring zou volgen. Deze zou dan worden verrekend met het geld voor de gasfles. En anders zouden we het volledige bedrag (€ 60). Na enkele weken heb ik geprobeerd om Rico hierover te bereiken.
