What does our Bessie have to offer?
The driving cabin:
* Our Fiat Hymer is in good condition mechanically, despite the many kilometers (270,000 km). It is serviced annually by the same dealer,
* The rear-view camera makes it easy to reverse safely,
* Both side windows can be slid open and are made burglar-proof with metal inserts. There is also a steering lock and a door lock stick,
* Radio player,
* The two seats at the front of the camper can rotate, creating an extra seating area in the camper.
* For the enthusiast, a back cushion for while driving,
*Cabinets next to the front passenger seat for storing items, a cup holder and reading lights above both seats.
The sitting area:
* There are 2 seats with belts in the L-seat,
* The table is easy to detach if necessary,
* The seat can be expanded into a sleeping area. This is self-made, so not an official sleeping area. Nevertheless, with a sleeping mat (if necessary included) on the cushions it can function as a bed for 1 person.
* Under the seat cushions is the water tank, a space to store things and a locker,
* Above the sitting area there are 4 spacious cupboards,
* Mood and reading lighting.
The lifting bed:
* The lifting bed is 145x194cm. However, we have adjusted the bed so that we do not lie in it widthwise, but lengthwise. As you can see in the photo, there are two extension pieces that you can easily (dis)assemble when you fold the bed or need more space during the day. The bed is equipped with a new mattress and slatted base.
* There is a reading light above the sleeping areas.
* Apart from a mattress protector, bedding is not provided. You must provide this yourself.
The garage(s):
* Spacious garage at the back of the camper equipped with everything you need while camping (including a small BBQ, various tools, table, chairs, outdoor rug, extension cords, etc.).
* Bicycle carrier for two (electric) bicycles. (Not available in the period from 18/7 to 4/8 due to own vacation. You can always mount your own bicycle carrier on the tow bar in this case).
* small garage with jack and driving plates,
* small garage with two gas bottles,
* small garage with cassette.
The kitchen:
* The kitchen has 4 gas burners,
* Refrigerator with a small freezer compartment,
* Spacious work surface,
* Double sink.
* There is a separate oven available
* There is a fan in the roof window, so you can always blow air in or out. This provides fresh air and some cooling in the camper; nice while sleeping or as an extractor when you are cooking inside
The bathroom:
* The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower
* Linen is not provided, you must provide this yourself.
Other features/special features:
* The camper is very suitable for tall people; we are 1.76m and 1.96m and can stand in the camper without any difficulty.
* The camper has plenty of cupboard space.
* There is a solar panel on the roof.
* Enough power points to charge your mobile phone, laptop, etc. (12v and 230v).
* All windows (except in the driving cabin) have fly screens and blackout screens. They can also all be opened.
