Towards freedom with our LMC Cruiser 731 Comfortline from 2016

After renting a camper for a few years, we decided to buy a camper ourselves. It became this LMC Cruiser 731. We would like to make our camper available to people who would like to go camping, but do not own a camper.
Our camper is over 7 meters long, but only has 2 sleeping places in the form of 2 length beds in the back. By placing a middle piece in the middle you can make 2 beds into 1 large
Double bed. There is also plenty of closet space in the sleeping area. Bed linen can be rented for a small fee. Towels, tea towels and duvets are provided. You do need to bring your own pillows. The camper is also equipped for 4 people.

Both the cabin and the living area have air conditioning. The L-shaped seat is spacious with a side bench and both the driver's seat and the front passenger seat can be rotated. In addition to the 2 safety belts in the cabin, there are also 2 belt points in the L-shaped seat. So it is possible to travel with 2 adults and 2 children. A 2-person tent must be taken along for sleeping. There is cutlery, crockery and garden furniture for 4 people. The latter when 4 chairs are required.

The kitchen is also user-friendly and equipped with a 3-burner gas stove, a sink with tap and a worktop. There is also plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities and there is cutlery and crockery for 4 people. There is both a kettle and a whistling kettle, so you can boil water on gas or electric for a nice cup of coffee or tea. There is also a spice rack that you can use. However, we request that you replenish this when something runs out. Cleaning cloths, a dishwashing brush, dishwashing sink and tea towels are also available. The camper has a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment and a separate vegetable container at the bottom.

To keep the camper a bit clean during the holiday there is a bucket with mop, a vacuum cleaner and a broom and dustpan. A friendly request to take off your shoes outside, so that the dirt is not taken inside.
There is a toilet with sink. The shower is separated from the toilet, but the request to shower at the camping/camper place (prevent moisture in the camper). 2 towels are standard in the camper, so you do not have to bring them yourself.

The garage can be reached both from the inside and the outside and has a large entrance door on both sides. In the garage you will find garden chairs and a table, the outdoor rug and a separate cooking table. You can also enjoy a drink and a bite to eat under the awning. For when it gets dark there is an outdoor lamp. In the garage there is a table lamp and a colored light string to create even more atmosphere.
To get that real camping feeling, there is also a 2-burner outdoor cooker that can easily be connected to the gas system of the camper.

The camper is equipped with an LPG gas installation. The LPG gas bottles are of course full upon delivery, but can easily be refilled at a gas station, if necessary. However, with normal use of the gas this will not be necessary.
You will also receive an extensive navigation system on which all camper pitches and campsites from the Campercontact app can be called up. This way you will never get lost and arrive at your campsite without any problems. In addition, the navigation takes into account the height and width of the camper, so that you will not be faced with any surprises.

On the back is a bike rack where 2 electric bikes can be transported. If necessary, a bike cover can also be used to keep the bikes out of sight.

When picking up the camper, we take the time to explain everything clearly and answer your questions. In the camper, there is a kind of user manual that you can consult during the holiday. If desired, you can receive it digitally from us, possibly before your holiday.

We assume that you treat our camper as your own and therefore take good care of it. If something unexpectedly breaks, please report it immediately via the app. Then we can replenish it, so that the inventory remains complete. In case of major defects, we can either contact the insurance or settle it via the deposit.
Cleaning supplies are present in the camper and we expect the camper to be returned clean on the inside. You do not have to clean the outside, we will do that ourselves.
Furthermore, the grey water tank must be empty. The toilet cassette must of course also be returned empty and clean.
You will receive a full tank of diesel and we expect a full tank of camper back. You do not need to refill the LPG gas system, that is included in the price.

Duvets are standard in the camper. You have the option to rent fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. You must bring your own pillows. If you want to use this, please let us know and we will ensure that it is in the camper when you pick it up. The costs for this package are € 25,-- and must be paid in cash upon collection.

The renter and/or driver of the camper must be at least 30 years old.

Some small tips for using the camper:
 Note that the rear swings out and therefore look carefully in the mirror when driving away. Our advice is to have the passenger look outside. This also applies when driving onto a campsite and putting the camper in place.
 Make sure the awning is folded in when you are away from the camper for a longer period of time. In the event of unexpected bad weather, the awning can be damaged.
 In case of rain you can sit under the awning, but let the awning dry well before rolling it up. If rolled up wet, roll it out again later, when it is dry, so that it can dry well.
 Please take off your shoes outside and put on slippers inside, for example. This way you don't bring any dirt inside that is under your shoes. Saves you an extra cleaning session.
 There is a kind of manual in the camper that you can consult when something is not clear. If there is still something unclear, you can always app or call us.
 Just enjoy your holiday and leave all obligations at home.
