After renting a camper for several years, we decided to purchase one ourselves. We ended up with this LMC Cruiser 731. We would like to make our camper available to people who would like to go camping but do not own one.
Our camper may be over 7 meters long, but it only has 2 sleeping places in the form of 2 longitudinal beds in the back. By placing a divider in the middle, you turn the 2 beds into one large bed.
Double bed. There is also plenty of wardrobe space in the sleeping area. Bed linen is provided upon request. Towels, tea towels, and duvets are also available. However, you do need to bring your own pillows. Cutlery and crockery for 4 people are provided.
Air conditioning is present in both the cabin and the living area. The L-shaped seating area is spacious with a side bench, and both the driver's and passenger seats can be swiveled. In addition to the two seatbelts in the cabin, there are also two harness points in the L-shaped seating area. It is therefore possible to travel with two adults and two children. However, a tent must be brought along for sleeping.
The kitchen is also user-friendly and equipped with a 3-burner gas stove, a sink with a tap, and a worktop. There is also plenty of cupboard space available. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, and there is cutlery and crockery for 4 people. There is both an electric kettle and a whistling kettle, so you can boil water on gas or electric for a nice cup of coffee or tea. Furthermore, a spice rack, coffee, sugar, and tea are available for your use. We do request that you replenish these when something runs out, so that the next renter is not left without. Cleaning cloths, a dish brush, a washing-up bowl, washing-up liquid, and tea towels are also provided. The camper has a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a separate compartment for vegetables or bottles at the bottom.
To keep the camper reasonably clean during your holiday, a bucket with a mop, a small vacuum cleaner, and a dustpan and brush are available. We kindly request that you remove your shoes outside so that dirt is not tracked inside.
There is a toilet with a washbasin. The shower is separate from the toilet, but we request that you shower at the campsite/motorhome pitch (to prevent moisture in the camper). Two towels are provided in the camper as standard, so you do not need to bring your own.
The garage is accessible from both the inside and the outside and has a large access door on both sides. Inside the garage, you will find garden chairs and a table, an outdoor ground sheet, and a separate cooking table. You can also enjoy a drink and a snack under the canopy. There is an outdoor lamp for when it gets dark. A string of colored lights is laid out in the garage to create even more atmosphere.
To get the real camping feeling, there is also a 2-burner outdoor stove available that is easy to connect to the camper's gas installation.
The camper is equipped with an LPG gas installation. The LPG gas cylinders are naturally full upon delivery, but can easily be refilled at a gas station should this be necessary. However, with normal use of the gas, this will not be necessary.
You also have an extensive navigation system at your disposal on which all camper pitches and campsites from the Campercontact app can be accessed. This way, you will never get lost and will arrive at your campsite without any problems. Furthermore, the navigation takes the height and width of the camper into account, so you won't be faced with any surprises.
On the back, there is a bicycle rack that can transport 2 electric bikes. Optionally, a bicycle cover can also be used to keep the bikes out of sight.
When picking up the camper, we take ample time to explain everything clearly and answer your questions. Inside the camper, there is a kind of user manual that you can consult during your holiday. If desired, you can receive this digitally from us, possibly before your holiday.
We are always available before, during, and after the rental period should you have any questions.

We assume that you will treat our camper as if it were your own and take good care of it. Should anything unexpectedly break, please report it immediately via the app. We can then replenish it so that the inventory remains complete. In the event of major damage, we may either involve the insurance company or deduct the cost from the deposit.
Cleaning supplies are available in the camper, and we expect the interior to be returned clean. You do not need to clean the exterior; we will do that ourselves.
Furthermore, the greywater tank must be empty. Naturally, the toilet cassette must also be returned empty and clean.
You will receive a full tank of diesel, and we expect the camper to be returned with a full tank as well. You do not need to refill the LPG gas installation; that is included in the price.
Duvets are provided in the camper as standard. You have the option to borrow fitted sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases. You must bring your own pillows. If you wish to use the bedding, please let us know so we can ensure it is in the camper upon pickup. If the bedding is returned unwashed, we charge a small fee of €15.00. This must be paid in cash upon return of the camper.
The renter and/or driver of the camper must be at least 30 years old.
Some small tips for using the camper:
Note that the rear swings out, so look carefully in the mirror when driving off. We advise having the passenger look along from outside. This also applies when driving onto a campsite and positioning the camper.
Ensure that the awning is folded down when you are away from the camper for a longer period. The awning can be damaged in the event of unexpectedly bad weather.
You can sit under the awning in the rain, but let the awning dry thoroughly before rolling it up. If rolled up wet, unroll it again later when it is dry so that it can dry properly.
Please take off your shoes outside and put on slippers inside, for example. This way, you won't track dirt inside that is on the bottom of your shoes. It saves you an extra cleaning session.
There is a kind of manual in the camper that you can consult if anything is unclear. Should anything still remain unclear, you can always WhatsApp or call us.
Otherwise, just enjoy the holiday and leave all obligations at home.
