This unique classic is very complete. It is perfectly suited for both the novice and the experienced adventurer. With a recently overhauled gearbox and brand new front seats, this old man drives like new!
These new front seats, normally fitted to a truck, have wonderful lumbar support, and each seat has two armrests for maximum comfort.
For pleasant music while driving, there is a Bluetooth box with a 3.5mm jack connection.
With the mechanical Cruise Control the accelerator pedal can be locked, which is very nice for long distances. It automatically releases when braking.
The included truck navigation is set to the dimensions of the camper. This will allow you to avoid most low bridges and narrow roads.
It is provided with maps of all of Europe.
Arie wears his (German-approved) padded winter slippers in winter, and his casual flip-flops in summer.
If you want winter tires outside the season because you are going to a cold destination, there will be extra costs for changing. These are between €150 and €200, depending on which garage has time.
Do you want to take extra stuff or for example a motorbike or your own bikes? That is no problem, Arie has a tow bar with recently renewed connection.
Maximum towing weight: 1500KG braked. Up to 1300KG allowed with driving license B.
Maximum tow bar load capacity, for example for your own bicycle carrier: 75 kg
SIMPLE BUT WITH ALL THE CONVENIENCES, EVERYWHERE
In good weather: open windows and roof hatches, put mosquito nets in front of them, and sit under the awning in the shade with a glass of wine, on the comfortable garden chairs and the handy table. There are 2 garden chairs in the camper as standard.
The front and side windows of the cabin can be easily shielded from the sun with custom-made insulating sun blinds.
In bad weather: If it is warm you can still sit under the awning, because it is completely waterproof.
If you prefer to sit inside, there is a comfortable train seat to play games, and an extra long sofa to lounge on. The diesel heater ensures a comfortable temperature, it can easily handle outside temperatures down to -20!
The camper is equipped with a large separate 220 Ah household battery, so you can spend the night standing freely with the interior lighting on.
The battery will then be charged when you drive again the next day. So if you want, you don't have to spend money on an expensive campsite.
I didn't spend a single night at a campsite on a two-week trip through Norway!
A 12V compressor refrigerator ensures that you always have ice-cold drinks, and the freezer compartment is big enough for a few frozen pizzas, or a pack of ice cream of course.
You can bake the pizzas in the mini oven. This way you can also enjoy freshly baked bread rolls the next morning, with fresh coffee from the coffee machine.
An 800W inverter ensures that you can use your laptop, camera and other devices, just as you are used to at home.
On the two-burner gas stove you can fry a delicious egg in the morning and cook a delicious meal in the evening, and thanks to the 100L water tank you can simply do the dishes afterwards.
All pots, pans and crockery are ready and the gas bottle is included.
A washing-up brush and bowl are also already present.
Of course, safety has also been taken into account.
There are several new fire extinguishers, safety vests and a first aid kit. Even a fire blanket for "oopsies" while cooking is present.
In the garage you will find tools, ramps, snow chains, a warning triangle and much more that you might need on the road.
For emergencies, there is also a powerful flashlight with extra batteries.
The cabinets offer more than enough space to neatly store all your clothes and other belongings out of sight.
A new mattress for the alcove was recently custom-made by Seminautic, so that you can lie extra comfortably. If more people come along, the train seat can be converted into a cozy sleeping place, and someone can also lie on the couch.
This old man unfortunately only has two seat belts, but if you want more people can come along. Seat belts in the back are not mandatory for this vehicle.
Arie is getting on in years and his lungs aren't that great anymore. The heater for driving doesn't give out piping hot air anymore, but for me it was still enough in subzero temperatures.
If it really gets too bad, you can always turn on the parking heater, it also works while driving!
The age is also visible on the outside with here and there some lesser spots, but its performance is still very strong. The bottom and chassis have recently been tackled and it has received MOT approval for the next two years.
So he can still travel all over Europe!
The sanitary side of being human is also well taken care of, the toilet in the spacious toilet room is rotatable, comfortable enough, and is flushed with normal water. So no hassle with "should I refill the red or blue liquid?".
In addition, there is a handy washbasin with a mirror for brushing teeth and combing hair, with extra lighting from the bright lights.
The toilet cassette is extra large (22L), and with two people it will easily last three days before needing to be emptied.
Chemical fluid for the cassette is provided.
Special paper is needed for the toilet. You can get this at any camping shop or online.
You can also buy it from me at cost price, please indicate this in advance. (minimum 1 week)
You will receive a few rolls to start with.
Unfortunately Arie doesn't have a shower, but swimming is much more fun! And otherwise you can splash around at the campsite.
Many campsites also let you shower for a small fee, if you do not rent a spot there.
The Husky mascot, who coincidentally is also called Arie, has lived in the camper since birth and guards it when you are away!
He is also a very good conversationalist.
So take good care of him. :)
Thanks to Goboony's all-risk insurance, you are insured against WA+Caso and roadside assistance is also available throughout Europe!
In addition, the dashcam provides some extra security in the event of a dispute.
In short, everything you need on a short or long trip, to a warm or cold country, this camper has it!
A little tip: on this platform, whoever books and pays the deposit first, gets the dates.
Multiple requests for the same data can be made at the same time.
And a campsite is easier to find than a camper.
Take advantage of it!
